Carly was severely neglected and being kept in a local shelter. The good folks from The Bill Foundation located her, rescued her, and gave her the treatment she needed. Antibiotics for her infected eyes and skin, a haircut, and lots of love what were just what the doctor ordered. Months after her rescue, Carly is looking fabulous!
