I remember the first time I put little dog shoes on my English Bulldog. This was when companies very first started offering dog shoes, so I had no idea what I was in for. It didn’t even occur to me that having my dog’s paws enclosed in something would be a completely foreign experience for him. Once I got them on, he began walking exactly the way Rocky does in this video. To make matters even more endearing, the shoes were made to look like little ducks! This is one of my favorite memories of my dog – I wish I had a video like this to look back on!
When Rocky takes his first steps in his new shoes, he seems very confused and uncertain, like any of us are when trying something new. With a little encouragement and praise from his owners, Rocky is walking like a pro and you can even see his confidence improve by the end of the clip. Too funny!
