Are These Really Pomsky Puppies? You Be The Judge.

You may have seen the pictures floating around on the internet. This is the one I’m talking about:

The caption will typically reading something like, “This is a Pomsky – it is a cross between a Husky and a Pomeranian. They stay about this size.” So… Pomsky puppies – are they real or not?

There is a great deal of controversy around whether or not they will exist; every time a picture like this is posted with that caption, there inevitably is a debate in the comments section about whether or not this breed of dog exists.

The video below was uploaded by a breeder that claims to have bred puppies that are, in fact, a cross between a Pomeranian and a Husky.  Take a look at the video and tell us what you think. Are these puppies too big to remain in a puppy-like state through adulthood? Or are these, in fact, the fabled Pomskies – possibly the cutest dogs in existence!? Either way, I think we can all agree that these dogs are adorable… Pomsky puppies or not!

While not officially recognized by the AKC or any other breed registry, there isn’t really a reason why a dog that is a cross between a Pomeranian and a Husky can’t exist. The real question that is embroiled in controversy is whether or not the picture above is actually a Pomeranian/Husky hybrid, and whether or not the dog will actually stay this size. We want to know what YOU think – leave a comment below.
