Incredibly Obese 300 Pound Dog Flies First Class

Huddled employees, a very, VERY large dog, and a wheeled bed that serves as a throne to this majestic, wise creature make this one of the most compelling images I’ve ever seen. Meet Hank, a very large dog who is severely overweight due to an unspecified illness.

His owner, Kari Whitman, cares for Hank very deeply and gives him phenomenal. Every time she boards a plane with her best friend, she purchases an extra ticket for him, and helps him around with the aid of what is effectively a throne for this dog who flies like a king in first class. This picture was taken at LAX where he was boarding an American Airlines flight. The Twitter use who uploaded this picture to share with the world, @madeleinedoux, said that there were hushed whispers of amazement at Hank’s size, and also the fact that he was boarding first class. You can see the reaction painted on the faces of the airline attendants.

We hope that Hank has plenty more of these fancy, first class flights in the future, and can live a long, luxurious life and manage his mystery illness.
