I think we can all agree that it would be pretty awesome if our pet companions could stay with us forever. Every year, every cat and dog birthday we have with them is precious, and it can be especially devastating when they are taken from us before what we believe to be their time. However, not every story ends sadly when it comes to pets being diagnoses with illnesses.
Take Wallace the Pit Bull, for example. His owners were stunned when they heard that he had cancer. The veterinarians’ prognosis was 2 weeks to 3 months without chemo. But good news – this dog beats cancer; Wallace is alive and well! Check out this video of Wallace 7 months post chemo. He is doing great, and in this video, celebrating his 11th dog birthday.
